  1. Refund Eligibility: Customers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase date if they are dissatisfied with our workout equipment or personal training services.

  2. Cancellation Process: Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings within the app. Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will prevent any further charges.

  3. Partial Refunds: If cancellation occurs after the initial 14-day period, no refunds will be issued. However, customers can cancel their subscription to prevent future charges.

  4. Equipment Returns: In case of a refund, customers are responsible for returning any provided workout equipment in its original condition within 30 days of the refund request. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  5. Damaged or Defective Equipment: If the provided workout equipment is damaged or defective upon arrival, customers must contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the equipment for a replacement.

  6. Service Disruptions: In the event of app service disruptions or technical issues, customers will be informed promptly, and any lost time due to such issues will be compensated with an extension of the subscription period.

  7. Subscription Transfer: Subscriptions and associated services are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another user or account.

  8. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through email or app notifications.
